J&E Cleaning Service began in February 2016 with a simple goal: to build a dependable company of our own while doing work we genuinely enjoyed.
Before starting the business, both of us had professional cleaning experience. We understood the work, took pride in doing it well, and saw an opportunity to create something meaningful together. At the time, we were working hard at our full-time jobs but felt we were not making the progress we wanted. Starting J&E Cleaning Service gave us the chance to take control of our future and build a business based on our values.
Getting our first cleaning account was one of the happiest and most memorable moments in our journey. Growth was slow during those early years, and we experienced plenty of ups and downs. However, we remained committed, continued improving, and never gave up. More than 10 years later, we can look back and say that the hard work was worth it.
Things I’ve learned to appreciate growing a business!
One of the things that I’ve learned as we’ve grown our business is a value of a good partner. The one person that comes to my mind when I think of that is my wonderful wife. I could have never done anything even close to what we have done without her help. She is smart, hard-working and has always supported me along the way. And to this day, she continues to support me in our business and for that I am very grateful!
When we started our business, I thought I was good at cleaning, and I was, but I have to say that I have learned so much from her. She is super meticulous. Has such a good eye for detail and doesn’t stop until the job is done right. So for this and many other reasons, I have to give all the credit to her for helping us build our cleaning business.
